Parenting begins with love, intention and communication. What could be more enjoyable than building these skills with Infant Massage? Infant massage is the gentle art of bonding, communicating and giving healing touch to your baby.

I teach a gentle easy to learn method that is centered entirely upon you and your baby. Classes are relaxed and open, allowing you the freedom to care for babies needs as they arise, while ensuring you have ample opportunity to review anything you might miss while nursing, changing or soothing your child.

My basic class is geared towards infants from three weeks of age to crawling, and is appropriate for all babies and their care givers.

In this class you will learn:

• an infant appropriate full body massage
• how to create the best environment for sharing massage with your child
• the benefits and uses of infant massage
• safety precautions
• Massage for colic, sleep and play

Children and parents with special needs are welcomed and encouraged, as are all kinds of families and carers. Infant massage can be particularly beneficial for foster and adoptive families and for babies born via cesarean section.
I also offer an older baby and toddler class for babies that are beyond crawling age. This class is so much fun, and geared towards being more interactive and playful.
I am available to teach private classes geared towards your specific families needs and schedules, private group classes for you and your friends or parenting group, as well as public classes at Essential Birth and Family Center.

Beginning Infant Massage Group Classes $35 for two hours
Private in-home Infant Massage Classes customized for your specific needs $80 for two+ hours
Crawling Baby/Toddler Group Class $20 for one hour class
Private in-home Crawling Baby/Toddler Class $45  for one hour
